LT has worked with me on my aging BMW for the last 6 months. He is prompt to the garage in the morning and knowledgeable about my car. He greets people who arrive the shop, many seem to be loyal customers. He is very careful to make sure we are dealing with a specific issue and not just throwing parts at it. He knows how to use his BMW diagnostics tools, performed old school pressure and dye tests and in end got me out the door with my car’s systems performing the way they should. Furthermore, when replacement parts don’t live up to their quality, LT stuck with me to resolve the issue for the long run.
